Consulting, Strategic Guidance, and Trainings

Build a safer, more respectful, and equitable Jewish workplace with support from SRE.

Creating workplaces where all people feel safe and able to thrive takes intention, learning, and courageous leadership. Sometimes, it also takes a trusted thought partner to help navigate what comes next.

SRE Network offers one-on-one strategic guidance, customized trainings and workshops, and speaking engagements to help Jewish communal organizations strengthen workplace culture, navigate complex challenges, and advance gender equity.

Whether you’re looking for a thought partner on a pressing issue, support engaging your leadership or staff, or a meaningful learning experience for your organization or community, our experienced team and advisors are here to help.
