Convening at a Glance

Through interactive workshops, skill-building and networking, Convening participants will wrestle with the many urgent questions we're carrying right now and leave with clearer strategies and concrete next steps.

Questions We’ll Tackle Together

  • What does today’s complex political and cultural moment mean for advancing gender equity in Jewish organizations?

  • How do we prevent harm before it happens, and respond with integrity when it does?

  • How do we invest in, retain, and elevate diverse women’s leadership in sustainable ways?

  • What does meaningful engagement of men as partners look like in practice, especially in this climate?

  • How can funders help scale and sustain this work across the sector?

  • What will it take to move from conversation to measurable change?
