Creating a Survivor-Supportive Workplace

Tuesday, October 20 at 1 pm ET/10 am PT

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month (DVAM), a time to deepen awareness of domestic violence and strengthen how our communities support those experiencing abuse.

Intimate partner violence (IPV) affects our colleagues and employees, making it an important workplace issue. In this timely session, participants will build a shared understanding of the dynamics of abuse and its impact on safety, well-being, and the ability to fully participate at work.

Grounded in the realities of what employees may be navigating behind the scenes, participants will leave with practical strategies for taking action. Together, we’ll explore workplace policies, best practices, and community resources that can support those experiencing abuse and strengthen your organization’s response—while centering dignity and agency. This program is held in collaboration with Shalom Task Force.

This program will be held on Zoom and will be recorded.

All are welcome.
