Together with Dr. Guila Benchimol, SRE Network Senior Advisor on Research and Learning, participants learned how SRE Network’s Standards For Creating Safe, Respectful and Equitable Jewish Workplaces and Communal Spaces can serve as an inspiring roadmap for their organizations' safety, respect, and equity work.

Attendees deepened their understanding of each of the Standards’ focus areas (leadership & accountability, policies & guidelines, reporting & response, and education & training), and had the opportunity to ask questions. This session provided participants with the knowledge, support, and motivation to chart their organization’s next steps on its journey to creating a positive and accountable workplace.
