Navigating Workplace Conflict
Humans are complex creatures; conflict in our organizations is pretty much unavoidable. Rather than asking, “How do I avoid conflicts?” we can start asking, “How can I more skillfully engage with conflicts as they arise?”
In this workshop, Jewish Social Justice Roundtable's Leili Davari and Roberta Ritvo will introduce JSJR’s DIY guide, You Have A Conflict At Work, Now What? and share two core skills from the guide that you can turn to when facing a conflict at work. Participants will leave with a deep understanding of how to put this guide to use at your organization so you and your team members can navigate workplace conflict in productive, generative ways.
This workshop will be one hour long with an additional 15- minute, optional Q&A. All are welcome!
