Eshel: Supporting LGBTQ+ Jews in Orthodox Communities
Eshel creates LGBTQ+ inclusive Orthodox Jewish communities. With a grant from SRE, they formalized and expanded their Allies Training Initiative which equips Orthodox congregational professionals, clergy, and lay leaders with the tools they need to support LGBTQ+ Jews in their communities.
Jewish Women's Archive: Amplifying Jewish Women of Color Voices
Jewish Women's Archive (JWA) documents Jewish women’s stories, elevates their voices, and inspires them to be agents of change. With a two-year grant, JWA launched a writing Fellowship for Jewish women of color that supports the development of their talents, provides a platform that amplifies their voices, and builds the field of Jewish women of color thought leaders.
Jewish Women International: Supporting Survivors of Abuse and Their Children
Jewish Women International (JWI) is the leading Jewish organization championing women and girls. With a two-year grant, JWI is continuing its Here for You program, which offers trauma-informed, survivor-centered trainings for Jewish organizational staff, administration, and security teams that support survivors of domestic violence and their children.
JCC Association of North America: Advancing Psychological Safety
JCC Association of North America (JCC Association) leads and connects the JCC Movement, advancing and enriching North American Jewish life. With support from SRE Network, JCC Association of North America launched the JCulture Intensive – a bold initiative designed to help JCCs build inclusive, respectful, and psychologically safe workplace cultures.
Keshet: Fostering LGBTQ+ Equity and Belonging
Keshet works for the full equality of all LGBTQ Jews and families in Jewish life. With a two-year grant, Keshet is expanding and deepening its Education & Training (E&T) programs to advance LGBTQ+ equality and belonging in Jewish communal institutions nationwide.
Shalom Bayit: Addressing Sexual Harassment and Promoting Healthy Relationships in Jewish Spaces
Shalom Bayit is the leading change agent on gender-based violence in the San Francisco Bay Area Jewish community, and the only organization in Northern California focused on violence against Jewish women. With a two-year grant, Shalom Bayit is continuing its We Commit project that addresses sexual harassment in congregations and Jewish organizations, is making women’s safety a priority in Jewish communal life.
Shalom Task Force: Fostering Healthy and Safe Relationships
Shalom Task Force works to combat and prevent domestic violence and foster healthy and safe relationships and families. With a two-year grant from SRE, Shalom Task Force is updating and expanding its guide for communal leadership to collaborate with Orthodox leadership around responding to intimate partner violence.
Yeshivat Maharat: Supporting Orthodox Women Leaders
Yeshivat Maharat educates, ordains, and invests in passionate and committed Orthodox women who model a dynamic Judaism to inspire and support individuals and communities. With support from SRE, Yeshivat Maharat established Revava: Alumnae and Torah Leader Network, a vibrant network designed to support, elevate, and connect Maharat’s alumnae and other similarly experienced female Orthodox leaders.

SRE Network invests in strengthening the capacity of Jewish organizations through grantmaking so that Jewish communities will be strengthened, become more cohesive, experience healing, and have deeper trust in each other, their institutions, and leaders. Over the past six years, SRE has invested over $7M across 124 projects and 61 organizations through grantmaking, technical assistance, and partnerships.
