In November, SRE Network released its Standards Self-Assessment (SSA) Report. This interactive session was to understand how the findings can serve as a roadmap for the work ahead to build safe, respectful and equitable workplaces and communal spaces. Samantha Weil, SRE Network Community Manager, shared insights about how SRE Network member organizations have grown this past year, their common strengths, and the priority areas for improvement. Then, members had the opportunity to meet other SRE members to share ideas, challenges, and next steps for growth in their SRE journey.
