About Consulting and Guidance

SRE offers one-on-one consulting and strategic guidance sessions to help staff at member* organizations navigate challenges and advance their work around safety, respect, and equity.

Topics include: understanding and implementing SRE’s Standards, navigating challenging power dynamics, fostering equitable belonging, and cultivating inclusive leadership.

Consulting and strategic guidance is complimentary for the first two sessions for member organizations. Additional sessions may be available for a reasonable fee. Donations to SRE are always welcome to support this work.
