December 17, 2024 – As we reflect on the past year, we are filled with gratitude at how far we’ve come together. Six years ago, SRE Network was a grassroots effort to imagine and build safer, more respectful, and equitable Jewish communal spaces. Today, we stand as a robust network of 185 member organizations, united by a shared commitment to make our workplaces—and the broader Jewish professional landscape—more just, inclusive, and compassionate.

Our Year in Review highlights how SRE empowers our extraordinary member organizations to make meaningful progress to build healthy, inclusive Jewish workplaces, free from harassment and discrimination.

Looking ahead, SRE is excited to renew its focus on advancing gender equity and building relationships that sustain us and the work. The road ahead is not easy, but it is full of promise. Together, we are laying the foundation for a Jewish professional landscape where everyone can thrive.
